Summer Program
Summer Program
The Summer Program is optional. It gives players a simple weekly focus without taking over the summer. Other sports, camps, family time and rest all count. The goal is to stay active, stay connected and arrive ready to build.
The Parent Handbook supports a low-pressure summer approach, stating that there is no mandatory summer program planned and that families are encouraged to keep players active through camps, skating, dryland, shooting, passing, stickhandling, fitness, plyometrics, other sports and healthy activity.
