Weekly Exercises

A simple parent/player view of the weekly off-ice and at-home exercise focus. Everything is optional, parent-controlled and meant to keep players active without taking over the summer.

Parent-controlled check-ins: Players can show a parent what they completed. Parents may choose whether to forward anything to coaches. No submission is required.

Week 1 June 17–23 Goal reset Complete survey and write one goal.
Week 2 June 24–30 Shooting reps 50 / 150 / 300 shots.
Week 3 July 1–7 Hands minutes 10 minutes / 3×10 / 5×10.
Week 4 July 8–14 Movement circuit Jumping jacks, squats, lunges, plank, skipping, skater jumps.
Week 5 July 15–21 Passing reps 50 / 150 / 300 passes.
Week 6 July 22–28 Moving shots 50 / 150 / 300 shots after movement.
Week 7 July 29–Aug 4 Drill sheet Describe, draw, then add easier/harder versions.
Week 8 Aug 5–9 Wildcat 300 100 / 300 / 500+ total reps.
Week 9 Aug 10–16 Reset / recovery Active session plus mobility and hockey IQ.
Week 10 Aug 17–23 Gear check Gear check plus active session and optional reps.
Week 11 Aug 24–30 Pace + touches Shots/passes, stickhandling and movement circuits.
Week 12 Aug 31–Sept 8 Ready to build Gear, water, active session and teammate-positive action.
