Week 1: Survey + Goal Reset
Add one goalie skill you want to improve. Add one thing that helps you reset after a goal.
Week 2: Shooting Foundation
Stance, tracking, glove/blocker tracking, reaction ball and safe puck-handling touches.
Week 3: Puck Control
Puck touches, forehand/backhand passing, outlet passes and stance-to-puck movement.
Week 4: Skipping + Movement
Same circuit plus 10 controlled shuffles each direction, 5 stance resets and 5 single-leg balance holds each leg.
Week 5: Passing + Angles
Near post/far post awareness, tracking, outlet passes and reading passing options.
Week 6: Shooting While Moving
Lateral tracking, angle adjustment, rebound reset, stance reset and reaction work.
Week 7: Drill Sheet / Hockey IQ
Create a goalie movement, puck-tracking, rebound-control, puck-handling or communication drill.
Week 8: Wildcat 300
Tracking reps, shuffles, stance resets, puck touches, passes, reaction catches and mobility movements.
Week 9: Reset / Recovery
Identify one good save, rebound control, goalie movement and communication moment.
Week 10: Gear Check + Reconnect
Full goalie gear check: pads, knee guards, skates, helmet/cage, throat/neck protection, glove/blocker, chest protector, stick, straps and water bottle.
Week 11: Pace + Puck Touches
Ready stance, tracking, movement to angle, rebound reset, puck-handling and communication.
Week 12: Ready to Build
Goalies should arrive prepared, communicate clearly and reset after each rep.
