Spring/Summer Bridge Program

Bridge Program

The Spring/Summer Bridge Program is optional. It gives players a simple weekly focus without taking over the summer. Other sports, camps, family time and rest all count. The goal is to stay active, stay connected and arrive ready to build.

The Parent Handbook supports a low-pressure summer approach, stating that there is no mandatory summer program planned and that families are encouraged to keep players active through camps, skating, dryland, shooting, passing, stickhandling, fitness, plyometrics, other sports and healthy activity.

The bridge pages keep the summer focus simple: development, teamwork and community without replacing TeamSnap or taking over family time.

Start Week 1

OWHA development-only reminder: Activities are framed as development skates, small-area play, 3-on-3 / 4-on-4, dry pad skills, skill development and controlled development sessions. No formal games, exhibition games or third-party instructors are promoted here.
